Aaron founded Pryme Built after years working on the tools — building, renovating, and extending homes across Sydney. Along the way he kept running into the same problem: building inspections were being carried out by people who understood compliance, but had never actually built anything.
So he became a licensed pest and building inspector himself, on top of his builder's licence. Today he splits his time between running renovation projects — extensions, bathrooms, decks, full home renos — and carrying out inspections for buyers and sellers who want a report from someone who genuinely knows what they're looking at.
He's still an active, practising builder. That's not a detail — it's the whole point of difference. Every inspection he writes is informed by a job he's currently running somewhere else that week.
